Namal Rajapaksa Granted Bail By Colombo Fort Magistrate

UPFA Namal Rajapaksa was granted bail by the Fort Magistrate's Court today.

He was released on a cash bail of Rs 50,000 and three sureties of Rs 5000,000 each.

He was also barred from foreign travel.

The court allowed permission for the FCID to inspect Rajapaksa's private bank accounts in state or private banks.

The case was fixed again for August 8.

Rajapaksa was arrested on July 11 regarding the alleged misplacement of Rs 70 million donated by the Krrish Company.
