President Working For Ban Ki-moon's Agenda Says Gammanpila

Pivithuru Hela Urumaya leader Udaya Gammanpila said that the president is Maithripala Sirisena is practicing the agenda given by Secretary-General of the United Nations Ban Ki-moon.

He mentioned this in a press conference held yesterday (6).

Gammanpila pointed out that the president could not complete this agenda before the visit and that is why he was begging for more time. He mentioned that Minister of Foreign Affairs Mangala Samaraweera started touring in Jaffna, spreading stories about the new federal constitution.

President is going against the promises he made to the public and is acting out the promises given to separatists, Gammanpila further said.
