Significant Profit Growth from May to November
Between May and November 2025, Waters Edge achieved stable and robust growth in profitability compared to the same period in 2024. The statement attributes this performance to the effective implementation of business plans and optimal utilisation of market opportunities. Notably, profitability increased by 264% from June to November 2025 compared to the same months in 2024, reflecting both the company’s economic strength and administrative efficiency.

Rs. 200 Million Net Profit
Waters Edge also reported a net profit of Rs. 200 million for 2025, representing a 102% annual growth compared to the Rs. 99 million recorded in 2024. Doubling its profit within 11 months marks a significant milestone in the company’s history and lays a strong foundation for future growth, according to Chairman Perera.

“The bonuses awarded to all Waters Edge employees in December 2025 were significantly higher than those given in 2024. This demonstrates our commitment to sharing the benefits of our success with our team. This historic performance further strengthens our confidence in Waters Edge’s vision, innovation, and team strength. In the coming years, we aim to consolidate our position as a leading institution in Sri Lanka through quality service, innovative business strategies, and sustainable growth,” Chairman Perera added.
