People’s Bank hands 2025 Annual Report to CBSL Governor

People’s Bank has presented its 2025 Annual Report to the Governor of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka (CBSL), Dr P. Nandalal Weerasinghe.

The report was formally handed over by People’s Bank Chairman Prof. Narada Fernando, Chief Executive Officer and General Manager Clive Fonseka, and Deputy General Manager and Acting Head of Finance Nilmini Premalal.

According to the bank, the 2025 Annual Report reflects a record financial performance, delivering the highest profitability in its history.

The bank said the results highlighted its continued commitment to supporting national economic growth, empowering local communities, and strengthening financial resilience across Sri Lanka.
