The MoU on the United National Front for Good Governance will be signed in a short while at the Temple Trees under the patronage of Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe.

 

United National Front for Good Governance is comprised of Maduluwawe Sobitha Thera's National Movement for Social Justice, Athuraliye Rathana Thera's Pivithuru Hetak National Council, Jathika Hela Urumaya, alternative groups of LSSP and Communist Party and other organizations, Minister dr. Rajitha Senaratne said yesterday.

 

The front was founded after several prominent SLFP members broke out in opposition to the decision to grant nominations to former President Mahinda Rajapaksa.
