Sri Lanka Cricket advised spectators to refrain from carrying hooters, liquor, glass bottles, sharp objects and lighters/match boxes into the stadium today when Sri Lanka takes on Pakistan in the fourth ODI match of the five match series.

 

Any unruly behavior by any spectator will be severely dealt with and may even be subject to eviction from the grounds, Sri Lanka Cricket further said in a statement issued yesterday.

 

Crowd violence caused a delay in the third ODI between Sri Lanka and Pakistan on Sunday as projectiles were thrown in to the ground. Several people were injured and several buildings and vehicles were damaged as a result of the clash.
