The enjoining order that prevented the publication or circulation of the COPE subcommittee draft report on the controversial Central Bank Treasury bonds issue was dissolved by Colombo District Court following a request made by the petitioner Sujeewa Senasinghe.

 

On July 16, Colombo District Court issued the enjoining order until today, after considering the petition filed by Senasinghe.

 

The petition will once again be considered on July 30.
