Chaminda Ravi Jayanath, the third accused in the Bharatha Lakshman Premachandra murder case was today (27) remanded till August 6 by Colombo High Court.

 

High Court judge Devika de Livera Tennakoon ordered to remand Jayanath for violating bail conditions.

 

The CID had lodged complaint to Court that the third accused had violated a bail condition by not presenting before the CID in terms of bail order issued by High Court. He was surrended before Court through a lawyer today.
