"I Am No Staff Member Of University of Colombo" - Rohitha Responds

Rohitha Rajapaksa responded to reports that claimed he was a staff member of University of Colombo, saying that he was only a Post Graduate student of the University.

Rajapaksa made this remark by updating his Facebook page a short while ago.
 
“I am a Post Graduate student, reading for my Phd in Mathematical Optimisation of Space Debris Mitigation and Strategy Analysis, this is a continuation of my Masters Research that I have been working on for over 5 years which I started at the University of Southampton”, he said.
 
 
* Asian Mirror wants to clarify that this news was published on our website under the title “University Of Colombo Lists Rohitha Rajapaksa As Staff Member”, based on the University of Colombo website.  The university listed “staff” of the Research and Development Centre for Mathematical Modeling in its website. (http://science.cmb.ac.lk/departments/mathematics/research-development-centre/staff/). The list gives Rohitha Rajapaksa’s name as a “Member”
