Cricketer Nuwan Kulasekara was arrested over an accident involving his vehicle and a motorbike where a 28 year old youth died, police said.

The accident occurred  in Ranmutugala, Kadawatha, while the cricketer was returning from Kandy to Colombo on this afternoon.

The remains of the deceased were taken to Ragama Teaching hospital.
