MP Vasudeva Nanayakkara said that if Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) is signed Prime Minister should consider that he himself singed his political death warrant. This was stated in a media briefing yesterday.
It was pointed out by MP Nanayakkara that there rising issues among government and more surprises are yet to be unveiled.
He further stated that paddy farming is in a real crisis as fertilizer subsidy is further reduced. This has raised roar among communities. IMF issue also a bigger concern. With all these if the government goes for a referendum the government will see the consequences he further stated.
