A car crashed into the front of the Lake House building in Colombo early this morning, causing significant damage to the structure's safety fence.

The incident is believed to have occurred when the driver fell asleep at the wheel. Despite the severity of the crash, the driver was uninjured. However, the security fencing surrounding the Lake House sustained considerable damage.
