The Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) is expected to finalize its nominees for the remaining four National List Member of Parliament (MP) positions today (22), according to a senior party spokesperson.

The SJB, which secured five National List seats in the recent parliamentary elections, has already appointed its General Secretary, Ranjith Madduma Bandara, as an MP. The finalized list will be submitted to the Election Commission later today.

Meanwhile , the Sri Lanka Muslim Congress (SLMC) announced M.S. Naleem, former Chairman of the Eravur Urban Council, as its National List MP yesterday.
