Finance Minister Ravi Karunanayake announced that LP gas and rice prices will be lowered with effect from July 15.

He made this announcement during his speech at the UNP Convention earlier today.

Accordingly, gas prices will be reduced by Rs. 100 and red rice will be kept at a limit of Rs. 60 per kilo.
