The anti-Mahinda Rajapaksa group in UPFA which broke out and are contesting under the elephant symbol of the UNP will field candidates in seven districts, Rajitha Senaratne told media today.

 

He added that the United National Front for Good Governance is comprised of Maduluwawe Sobitha Thera's National Movement for Social Justice, Athuraliye Rathana Thera's Pivithuru Hetak National Council, Jathika Hela Urumaya, alternative groups of LSSP and Communist Party and other organizations.

 

The group will put forward candidates under the UNP ticket from Colombo, Gampaha, Kalutara, Kandy, Matale, Galle and Ratnapura districts, Senaratne said.
