President Maithripala Sirisena arrived in Swarnabhoomi Airport in Thailand this afternoon. Thai Deputy Prime Minister Somkid Jatusripitak warmly welcomed the President at the airport and a special military salutation was also organized to greet him.

Former Foreign Minister Rohitha Bogollagama called on the President Of India His Excellency Pranab Mukherjee at the Rashtrapati Bhawan, New Delhi on Monday Ocober 26, during his visit to India.
Bogollagama conveyed the greetings of President of Sri Lanka Maithripala Sirisena and recalled with gratitude the numerous occasions on which Mukherjee had being major source of strength in the by lateral relations between the two countries. Bogollagama shared some of the current developments in Sri Lanka and also in the region.
