Former President Gotabaya Rajapaksa’s private secretary, Sugeeshwara Bandara, has been further remanded until August 25 by the Colombo Magistrate’s Court.
The court today rejected a bail application filed on behalf of Bandara, who is in remand custody over allegations that he received two salaries under the Presidential Expenditure Head.
Accordingly, the court ordered that he remain in remand custody until August 25.
