A 21-year-old man was arrested on Thursday (27) for allegedly posting obscene images of women and children on social media, Police said.
The suspect had reportedly operated a Facebook page and group through which the images were published.
The suspect, a resident of Beliatta, was arrested by the Police Bureau for the Prevention of Abuse of Children and Women.
Police have also taken his mobile phone into custody as part of the investigation.
Further investigations are underway.
