Foreign Minister Mangala Samaraweera and the Indian High Commissioner H.E Y.K. Sinha together opened one of nine Language Labs donated by the Government in Akuressa, Matara on the 10th of July 2015. The Lab is a part of the “Three-tier English Language Training System” singed between the Governments of Sri Lanka and India to help enhance English language teaching facilities and infrastructure, especially for training English teachers.
