'Mr. Extras' top scored in Australia's first innings in the fourth Ashes Test at Trent Bridge Cricket Ground, as Australia was bowled out for 60 runs against a destructive English seam attack.
Stuart Broad ripped through the Australian line-up, taking 8 wickets for just 15 runs in 9.3 overs. Only two batsmen, Michael Clarke and Mitchell Johnson, reached double figures. Johnson top scored with 13 runs and there were 14 extras.
At one stage, Australia was at 33 for 7, with a risk of being bowled out for the lowest Test score of its histoy. Australia's lowest total in an innings is 36 runs, also against England. However, late contribution by Mitchell Johnson and the tail enders chipping in.
Stuart Broad was in prime form, taking wickets at regular intervals. England captain Alastair Cook kept him in the attack throughout the innings which lasted only 18.3 overs.
