The Colombo High Court today dismissed the habeas corpus application filed by Dinithi Aloka’s parents after the petitioners informed Court that they wished to withdraw the application.

 

This determination was given today when the case was taken up by High Court Judge Lalith Jayasuriya.

 

The parents had earlier complained that Minister Rajitha Senaratne’s son Eksath Senaratne had abducted their daughter and was detaining her in their home.
