The case filed by Bribery Commission against Sajin de Vass Gunawardena was fixed for December 10 by Colombo Chief Magistrate Gihan Pilapitiya.

 

The commission filed this case on charges of witholding details of assets and liabilities.

 

Deputy Secretary General of the Parliament Neil Parakrama was due to appear as a witness in the case today. However, he had informed court that he is unable to attend due to the inaugural session of the Eighth Parliament.

 

Therefore, the Magistrate fixed the case for December 10.
