Prime Minister Narendra Modi and former Sri Lankan President Chandrika Kumaratunga will share the dais at a seminar to be held in New Delhi on Thursday, The Hindu said.

 

The seminar, which will go on till September 5, will be deliberate on issues concerning conflict avoidance and environment consciousness, according to the office of the former President.

 

Kumaratunga was absent from the 64th anniversary celebrations of the Sri Lanka Freedom Party held in Polonnaruwa today. It was mentioned that she was overseas and could not attend the ceremony.
