Attorney General served indictments on eleven individuals including Abhaya Ranasinghe Arachchilage Chandana Weerakumara, also known as Sakvithi Ranasinghe, on charges of criminal breach of trust.

These individuals include three lawyers and the Directors of the Sakvithi Ranasinghe House and Construction Ltd.

They have been accused of breaching the trust of around 2400 people who had deposited an amount of Rs 1628 million at the said company.

The said breach of trust allegedly occurred at a period between November 2006 and September 2008.
