Ministry of Defence Revamps Licensing Conditions for Private Security Agencies, Urges Timely Renewals

The Ministry of Defence has initiated the process of updating licensing conditions for the regulation and registration of private security agencies currently registered under the Ministry in accordance with the Private Security Agencies Regularization Act No. 45 of 1998.

Under these updates, all registered institutions are required to submit applications for license extension at least three months before their current license expires, as announced by the Ministry of Defence.
