A person who intimidated a foreign tourist at Aluth Kade has been arrested by Keselwatta police on 03 charges. 

The incident took place when the foreigner, who happens to be a Vlogger, visited the suspect’s street food stall at Aluthkade. 

The video of the incident went viral calling immediate action against the street food vendor. 

According the police, he has been arrested under Penal Code Section 332 (Unauthorized blocking), Penal Code Section 342 (Harassment) and  Penal Code Section 486 (Punishment for criminal intimidation).
