Prime Minister’s Secretary Pradeep Saputantri announced the suspension of board meetings for statutory bodies and government institutions. He instructed heads of these entities to refrain from making any administrative decisions during this period.

While some boards have already appointed new chairpersons, the relevant ministers are tasked with appointing suitable heads for others.

Saputantri reiterated that the responsibility of appointing new presidents and heads lies with the newly appointed ministers.
