Colombo High Court on Wednesday (01) released UPFA Duminda Silva and 12 others on strict bail conditions when the case on Bharatha Lakshman Premachandra's killing was taken up by court.
The High Court impounded passports of all accused individuals.
The Attorney General filed indictment against the 13 suspects in High Court on March 03 on 17 charges including the killing of Bharatha Lakshman Premachandra, Dharshana Jayathilake, Mohamed Azmy and Manimel Kumaraswamy and inflicting gunshot injuries on Premachandra's bodyguard Rajapurage Gamini and participating in an unlawful assembly.
When the case was considered on March 17 High Court Magistrate Devika de Livera Tennakoon ordered suspects to appear before the court on April 01.
