Sri Lanka Air Force flight which delivered Rs 25 million worth medical supplies and a medical team to Nepal, has taken off from Kathmandu this morning at 8.45 AM today, Sri Lanka Air Force Media Unit told.
SLAF C-130 aircraft is bringing home the Sri Lankans who were trapped in Nepal. There are 42 Sri Lankans on board, Sri Lanka Air Force said.
The SLAF flight was to depart from Kathmandu to Colombo on Sunday (26) night. But it was delayed till this morning, due to a technical fault.
