Representatives of several minor parties held a discussion with Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe on the 20th Amendment this morning, Tamil Progressive Alliance leader Mano Ganesan told Asian Mirror.
The discussions were partly satisfactory but the minor parties will continue to fight for their case, Ganesan said.
JVP leader Anura Kumara Dissanayake and Politburo Member K. D. Lalkantha, TNA leader R. Sampanthan and SLMC leader Rauff Hakeem were among those who attended the meeting.
The government was represented by Prime Minister Wickremesinghe, UNP General Secretary Kabir Hashim and Malik Samarawickrema.
