Minister of Highways and Investment Promotion Kabir Hashim on Wednesday (24) stated that the government would soon begin the construction of expressways and other roads which were temporary suspended.
Addressing a press briefing at the Financial Ministry, Hashim said that the Treasury has approved funds for construction work.
He also revealed that there were two investigation panels to find out what happened to Rs. 28 million burrowed by the Ministry of Highways from a state bank.
