Sri Lankan batting phenomenon Kumar Sangakkara is to announce his retirement plan during a media conference later today (27), Sri Lanka Cricket officially stated.
Sangakkara on March 08 said that he will retire from Test cricket “by the end of August” where Sri Lanka hosts India in a three-match series.
The 37-year-old wicketkeeper already retired from One-Day International (ODI) and Twenty-20 cricket.
Recently he was received second highest votes for the 'Best Test player' of the 21st century in an online poll conducted by Cricket Australia's website.
