The International Buddhist Conference (IBC) successfully hosted the second annual Buddhist Media Conference at the Vivekananda International Hall in New Delhi. Discussions centered around how sustainable Buddhist teachings can be applied to resolve conflicts and foster a balanced, ethical approach to journalism and media production.

Among the distinguished attendees was Tharanga Wickramadara, Head of Religious Programming at Swarnawahini and Monara Media Network, who represented Sri Lanka's media sector.

Representatives of Buddhist organizations, media professionals, and monks from various countries contributed to the discussions. Dr. Daminda Porage, Vice President of the International Buddhist Federation, led a Sri Lankan delegation, showcasing the country's commitment to promoting Buddhist principles on a global scale.
