The five member committee appointed by the SLFP to formulate election strategy will hold discussions with smaller parties starting from today.

The committee is headed by Minister S. B. Dissanayake. Other members are Rajitha Senaratne, Mahinda Amaraweera, Lasantha Alagiyawanna and Thilanga Sumathipala.

Discussions will be eld with parties already in the UPFA and also with other parties. They will be held at the Official Residence of President Maithripala Sirisena.

The discussions are expected to be finished in three days.
