The body of a male individual was found from the Thurstan College swimming pool early this morning.

Police Media Unit said that the body was found at 5.10am. He was identified as a 50 year-old past pupil of the College.

The body was sent to the police mortuary in Colombo National Hospital to conduct the post mortem, Police Media Unit further said.
