Shashi Weerawansa, wife of former minister Wimal Weerawansa, arrived at police Financial Crimes Investigations Division a short while ago.

Her husband Wimal Weerawansa also accompanied her.

Shashi Weerawansa was summoned to the FCID to record a statement on a complaint regarding a land deal.

She was summoned to FCID on May 28, but requested another date due to ill-health.
